Start building your appEvery change is saved as a version, so you can look back and return to one. You also own the code and can take it with you.
1. Open version history
Open Ver. History in the editor’s left sidebar. Versions are listed by date with the task description and time.
2. Preview an older version
Select a version and choose Preview. The app switches temporarily and shows “Previewing older version”. Choose Cancel to go back to what you had.
3. Restore the one you want
To keep the older version, choose Restore this version. Reverting replaces newer app changes, so review the selected version before you confirm.
4. Export the source code
Click Export in the editor header to download the full source as a .tar.gz archive. It is a real Expo React Native project written in TypeScript. node_modules is left out, so run npm install after extracting. Export is included in the Starter plan and higher.
5. Optionally connect GitHub
In Settings, under Integrations › GitHub, connect your account and create or link a repository to host and sync the code. GitHub is included in the Beginner plan and higher and is not needed for Export.
